  Peskov comments on Armenia’s PM upcoming resignation   
 

The decision of the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to step down in April does not demand immediate talks with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian media,.

He said the contacts of the leaders are of continuous nature.

“He [Pashinyan] will stay the acting PM, therefore the announced decision does not need immediate discussions,” he said.

Peskov also added that the leaders of the two countries “contacted recently, the contacts continue.”
